Creating a Signature System offers you many rewards as a business owner. But it is not about reinventing the wheel. This is an opportunity to use everything that you already have in a more systematic way, and create a proven and repeatable process to help your customers solver their problems. We will teach you the core principles that you need to know.
We will guide you through our process to make sure you have all the fundamentals in place. You will establish your System Framework; working out the process that your customers will experience and the step by step procedures they will follow. We will share with you our tools for deciding on the Model that your system will be based on, so you can leverage your time.
The most memorable Signature Systems are able to demonstrate the journey that they take the customer on with a physical model (a diagram). Signature Systems need to take the Customers from where they are now to where they want to be, and having a visible representation of that journey helps you to attract your ideal customer.
As with any product or service we need to begin the marketing process as early as possible. In order to do that you need to be clear on your recruitment and enrolment strategy. Having a clear mapped out strategy is vital to make sure that you have appropriate capacity to fulfil your promises. We will share our tools and tips to help you put the appropriate foundations in place.
